Join us as we discover deeper connections to ourselves and our surroundings. If you are looking to bring meditation and mindfulness into your everyday lives, then these weekly sessions may be a good place to start.
Meditation can be the gateway to living in the present moment, cultivating a more balanced life.
Each week we will be exploring different techniques with a focus on grounding and centring, allowing time for reflection and discussions.
I truly believe that meditation is a journey and even though these classes can be attended casually the awareness and understanding of your personal growth will build on itself through regular practice.
We all have our reasons, a story that has led us to meditation. May we take one small step at a time, go gently with ourselves and find the beauty and stillness within.
We have cushions, mats, blankets and chairs for you to be comfortable. Herbal teas available for after our sessions.
What to bring?
Please bring your own, meditation blankets or bolsters if you prefer
